  • Yes, those looking for therapy can contact us by phone or through the contact page. We provide a complimentary 10 minute phone conversation to evaluate whether we would be an appropriate place of treatment for you.

    Please note if you are seeking medication management we use the first session to see if we are a good fit and do not offer a free phone consultation as demand is very high.

  • We make every effort to respond to inquiries via phone or email within one to two business days. Please note due to concerns about privacy, email should only be used to discuss details about scheduling, not private issues regarding your treatment.

  • Fee is due at the start of the session. We accept cash, checks, credit card and zelle.

  • Dr.Chheda is in-network with most major insurance networks and can also see clients out of their insurance network if desired.

    Dr. Kenia is in-network with Aetna and Mt. SInai UMR outside of this she see’s clients out of network and provides superbills for reimbursement.

  • Contact your insurance plan directly and inquire about your “out-of-network” benefits for mental health care. We will provide you with a statement that you can then submit directly to your insurance plan for reimbursement.  

  • Dr.Chheda: $660 for initial intake (60 minutes), $330 for psychopharmacology follow up (30 minutes)

    Dr.Kenia: $700 for Initial Intake (60 minutes), $350 for psychopharmacology follow up (30 minutes) and $450 for psychotherapy (45 minutes)

  • Cancelled sessions require at least 48 hours notice by phone or email. Cancellations after that time will incur the full session fee.

  • Initial evaluations are generally scheduled for 45-60 minutes depending on provider. These appointments consist of questions about your current concerns, your past and what you are looking for in treatment. Sometimes the initial evaluation may require more than one session.

  • This depends on the type of treatment. Medication follow-up sessions are typically scheduled every 1-2 months, but sometimes follow-up sessions are scheduled 2 weeks apart early in the course of treatment, for example, after a new medication is started or a medication is changed. Talk therapy sessions can be scheduled once weekly or twice weekly depending on the type of treatment.

  • Follow up appointments for psychopharmacology are 30 minutes and follow-up sessions for psychotherapy are scheduled for 45 minutes.
