Dr. Rachna Kenia, M.D.

psychoanalyst + psychiatrist

I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate their anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity struggles.

I’m both a psychiatrist and a psychoanalyst, which means I can offer a mix of medication management and talk therapy, depending on what feels right for you.

I founded Kenia Wellness with the belief that both clients and clinicians deserve more—more time, more connection, and more humanity.

My Specialities:

  • Anxiety and Panic Disorders

  • Depression

  • Race and Ethnicity Issues

  • Trauma and PTSD

I believe in looking at the whole person—your body, mind, past, and present—to offer thoughtful, personalized care. Our sessions will be open, interactive, and shaped around what you need. Whether you’re seeing me weekly or diving deeper into psychoanalysis, I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences and discover new ways to move forward.

I’ll be right there with you as you explore your past and tackle what’s going on in your life right now. Whether we use medication, therapy, or a bit of both, I’m here to support you every step of the way as you move toward healing and finding clarity.
